Given the fact that Atheists are a minority whereas Christians make up the majority of the population...?

...what are the implications of the curious fact that the majority of people in the Religion and Spirituality section are Atheists, who often ask questions intended at mocking rather than being genuinely inquisitive, and who further spend their time answering questions that are directed to Christians? Any theories?
