Do contests like yahoo pick'em affect NCAA eligibility?

I was just thinking about the NCAA gambling laws and wondering if somebody entered a contest such as the yahoo tourney pick'em would they be ineligible from NCAA sports in the future. I mean it's technically not gambling if someone wins the 1 million or 10,000. Well, anyways I was just inquisitive! Thanks, for the answers.
