At home workouts to do for a 13 year old girl?
ok so this is a repost because I got one shity answer from KATY IS DRUNK. I'm a 13 year old girl, im 5'4.5 and weigh 125. I don't look like I weigh 125, I look like I weigh 130 or something. It's just a nasty gene I got from my dad. And don't say reduce the amount of food you eat during each meal, because I usually have a decent sized breakfats (usually oatmeal or a bagel flat), a small lunch because school food sucks, and usually a soup or a salad with the occasional half of a burger. I just want to lose some stomach and thigh fat because I have really low self estem when it comes to these areas. I want to know what yall do to lose fat around those areas. Thanks in advance.
