Is there any way to be subtle in determining whether or not someone else is gay, straight, or bisexual?

I usually have a great "gaydar", being bisexual myself, but there is this slightly older woman who I'm extremely inquisitive as to whether she's gay, straight, or in between. This goes for many other times. With men, sometimes it's easier to tell, and in today's society, many women are more nonchalant about their sexuality. She works at my school, and she's extremely feminine. Pretty, smart and sweet, but not married or divorced, with no kids. I'm so curious. 10 points for assistance, thanks for your time, xx

I think that a lot of people do not see that anymore and it is a romantic/nice gesture. Or they were just jealous! I honestly think you got cool points in their book. The guys who stared wish it were them and the women wish the flowers were for them.

Green Spotted Puffer acting Shy and doesn't Say Hello when I come up to the Tank.?

I got a Green Spotted Puffer probably about 4 days ago. At the moment he is in a freshwater tank because he is only about an inch and a half, he is with all of my community fish. I have read A LOT about these puffers, I made sure I knew what I was getting into before getting one. I want to upgrade to something a little harder than a freshwater, so I'm going brackish. Anyway, aren't these guys suppose to be aggressive and fin nippers, and aren't they suppose to come say hi when someone walks up to the tank? My little guy backs away and will sometimes hide when I come up to the tank. He is very friendly with my community fish and has never tried to nip anyone. He is very inquisitive and checks out his aquarium and will swim around and act like a normal puffer in that sense, and he has a nice round belly and I keep his well fed, and I give him snails to ensure his teeth don't get too long. As I said before I know how to care for these guys, but he is more shy and friendly than aggressive. Is this normal for a young one, will he grow into his aggressiveness? If he doesn't than that would be nice as he could have tank mates. At the pet store I got him from he actually got picked on by the other puffers in the tank, if that makes a difference at all.

I am TERRIFIED for my first job! advice?

Okay so i just turned 16 thursday and i have never worked day in my life before. I think i'm going to be working at this little outside snack bar that serves ice cream, hot dogs, burgers, sandwichs and that kind of stuff. I've literlly never worked before so i just don't know what to expect, and also i'm pretty shy so i'm afraid i'm not going to be able to talk to people, i'm a little slow sometimes especially when i'm nervous which i definitely will be working so when my employer shows me what to do i'm totally going to mess it up and embarrass myself and not know what to do! I've never made like hot dogs and hamburgers and like ahhh how am i supposed to just learn how to do it? and i'm afraid my employer will be an asshole and when i mess up they will yell ( i know i should get over that but i'm scared) so yeah basically i've been putting it off because i'm so nervous but i need to do something this summer and make some money and learn responsibility so i really need to just be able to do it but i'm literlly dying i'm so scared. The first day of work i'm gonna have a friggin panic attack.

Why is it so hard to find a job?

no matter how hard I try I cant find a job. I have applied like 30 different places and nothing. I have applied at target budweys wegmens tops subway burger king McDonald's block buster petsmart denneys sears searshardware dariyqueen dashes wilson farms about 3 pizza places about 5 resturants as a dish washer 7/11 another gasstation delta sonic gamestop star bucks kfc arbies wendeys walmart a lot of jobs at the mall and yes this sounds f u c k ing crazy but it is true. the world sucks I cant even find a job as a dishwasher any where. tops called me for a interview and I had graduation and she said they would call back nexted week, but never did this sucks I have a car I have to pay for that I will have to cancle insurance on now f u c k americas s h i tty economy and f u c k god. Im gglad I dont have to help support my family as some kids have to do with a s h i tty job like that because if I did that would probally starve
